GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data, and repealing of Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we hereby inform that:

Korczaka 37, 39-300 Mielec, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number 0000275829, possessing REGON (National Business Registry No.): 180203226, NIP (TIN): 8172041147, contact details, shall be the controller of the data acquired in the recruitment process.

Your personal data shall be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process and to conclude an employment contract, and in the case of granting additional consent also for future recruitment.

The granted consent, i.e. Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR, shall be the basis of processing of your personal data.

The consent constituting the basis for processing personal data is voluntary and a lack thereof shall result in no possibility to process personal data in order to carry out the recruitment process. You may, at any time, withdraw your consent, however, withdrawing your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data will be processed until possible withdrawal of consent for processing, however, not longer than until the completion of the recruitment process which you are participating in. In the case of granting additional, separate consent for participation in future recruitment processes, your personal data will be processed over a period of 3 years, which will expire at the end of the calendar year, unless the consent will be withdrawn earlier.

Your personal data may be transmitted to entities entitled to acquire personal data pursuant to regulations of law and to entities cooperating in the recruitment process.

You have the right to access your personal data, including to demand copies of the data, and moreover to demand its rectification (updating), erasure (“right to be forgotten”), or restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in the event of recognizing that the data is processed unlawfully.
