Single-shaft mixer – AM Type
Ideal mixing quality for dry, moist and viscous materials at variable filling levels.
The spiral mixing blade of the AM mixer creates a three-dimensional flow of the mixed products, thus creating a helical upward movement on the outer rim of the mixer and downward stream in the centre. AM Type guarantees outstanding mixing results and complete discharge. It may be used as powder blender for dry powders and wet suspensions as well as liquids, paste and dough. It can be designed to conform with FDA and 3-A Sanitary Standards to be used as a sterile mixer and reactor which also meets EHEDG requirements.

Very gentle, yet highly effective mixing quality for dry, moist and viscous materials at different filling levels.

The mixer is equipped with a rotating mixing chamber that works with standard barrels for charging and discharging the product. Thanks to smooth control of the mixing power, Client can achieve the right results with different filling level. It can be used for dry powders, wet suspensions as well as liquids, paste and dough. The equipment conforms with rigoristic requirements of FDA and 3-A Sanitary Standards to be used as a sterile mixer and reactor which also meets EHEDG requirements.

Mixer / Vacuum Dryer – VMT Type
Gentle vacuum drying for dry, wet and viscous products at different levels of filling.
The spiral mixing blade creates a three-dimensional flow of the mixed products, thus creating a helical upward movement on the outer rim of the mixer and downward stream in the centre. The mixing chamber is adapted to work with pressure and vacuum. Full temperature regulation of chamber and mixing blade is possible using steam, oil or water.
The VMT Type guarantees a high quality mixing with complete discharge of the mixed products. It can be used for dry powders, wet suspensions as well as liquids, paste and dough. The equipment conforms with rigoristic requirements of FDA and 3-A Sanitary Standards to be used as a sterile mixer and reactor which also meets EHEDG requirements.
